Important Notice: This unit is a 3-bedroom unit offered within our larger 6-bedroom cabin, meaning 3 bedrooms are available for your use and all common areas and amenities. Please note that additional bedrooms and cleaning fees are not included in the price you paid. However, if you access to additional bedrooms, the following fees will apply:

✅ $50 per night, per room for the entire stay in the off season
✅ $100 per room per night in the high season, which is 5/15 - 9/15 and any holiday weekend
✅ $75 one-time cleaning fee per room

Please Note: The community hot tub is closed from January until the outdoor pool reopens around Memorial Day weekend. The indoor pool remains open year-round.

Any violation will result in immediate termination of the stay, a $1,000 fine, and possible eviction. Guests found in violation forfeit the remainder of their stay and may be held responsible for damages.
