We also have a pack n play and high chair for your little one, the bathrooms are stocked with soap, shampoo, and conditioner, and there is a washer and dryer there for your use! PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING

■ RESORT FEE - All guests will be charged a $7/vehicle per day resort parking fee when checking in at the Welcome Center. This fee is not included in your reservation.

■ RENTAL AGREEMENT - You will be sent a Rental Agreement. Signing and returning the rental agreement is a requirement for staying at this property. If you do not sign the rental agreement within 24 hours of booking, your booking may be canceled.

■ AGE - All guests must be 25+ except children with their parents.

■ OCCUPANCY - Maximum 10 Persons. If you bring more people than accounted for on your reservation, you will be asked to leave without a refund.

■ NO SMOKING - This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING cabin.

■ UNCONTROLLABLE SITUATION - No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage if this is a concern.

■ PETS - Pets are NOT allowed. We love pets. However, some of our family members and guests are very allergic to pet dander. Please be considerate and make alternate vacation arrangements for your furry family members. There are many pet-friendly cabins in the area that would love to host your family.

■ CHECK-IN/OUT - Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 10:00 AM. We do not offer early check-ins or late check-outs.

■ CRITTERS - We have the cabin on a regular pest control schedule to help minimize the possibility of insects and critters. However, this is a natural area, and some insects are unavoidable. You can occasionally expect to see critters (bugs, ants, spiders, etc.) in or around the cabin. If this concerns you, a place further from nature may be a better fit for you. Please help us by keeping the floors swept, keeping sweets in the fridge, and cleaning up the trash.

The entire cabin will be yours as well as access to the StoneBridge resort amenities!

CANNABIS AND ILLEGAL SUBSTANCE POLICY: Usage of cannabis (marijuana) and any other federally prohibited drug is not allowed on or near the home, property, or premises. Further, any / all guest(s) may not engage in any illegal drug-related activity, including but not limited to recreational or medical cannabis on or near the home, property, or premises. We reserve the right to immediately terminate the stay if any guest(s) engage in such activities. If this policy is violated, the guest who booked the stay acknowledges and agrees he or she is subject to an immediate fine of $1000 USD, along with any property damages, and eviction. Guests forfeits their stay and will not be permitted to return to the property if there is any evidence of cannabis use on the premises.
